Note: This page is a placeholder. The full Terms of Service are being prepared by our legal team and will be published here shortly. For questions, contact us at support@therapidmechanic.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rapid Mechanic platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Rapid Mechanic connects vehicle owners with independent, verified mechanics for doorstep servicing. We act as a platform facilitating these connections and do not directly employ mechanics.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to mechanic availability. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices shown on the platform are indicative; final pricing is confirmed before any work begins.

4. Cancellations

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellation windows and applicable fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rapid Mechanic's liability is limited to the value of the booking in dispute. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
